Spacesuit

Recently I came across a particularly intriguing article about the spacesuit. Yes the very one that Neil Armstrong wore to travel to the moon. You might think that it’s just an ordinary piece of work that aids a capable man to travel not just into space but travel to other planets. This twenty one layers of fabric each with distinct yet interconnected function that brought man to explore beyond the boundaries of earth. This was fashioned by seamstress who fashioned bras and women underwear. This book Spacesuit by Nicolas de Monchaux is about redundancy and interdependence and about the distinctions between natural and man-made complexity; it educates us with the virtues of adaptation and to see the future as a set of possibilities. There's more to it then just a simple spacesuit.
